Refund policy

We aim to process refunds promptly to ensure customer satisfaction. Here’s what you need to know:

  1. Upon order cancellation, refunds will be issued within 3-5 business days.
  2. For international orders, our refund window extends for 14 days from the date of purchase.
  3. For domestic Pan India orders, you have up to 7 days from the date of purchase to request a refund.

2. Eligibility Criteria for Returns

  1. The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
  2. There should be a manufacturing or quality defect in the product.
  3. If the wrong product is shipped to you.

3. Refund Process

  1. Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
  2. If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your original method of payment within a specified timeframe.

4. Late or Missing Refunds

  1. If you haven’t received your refund yet, check your bank account and contact your credit card company or bank for further assistance.

5. Sale Items

  1. Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

6. Exchanges

  1. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

7. Shipping Costs

  1. You are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item.
  2. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
